Nearer the bone, sweeter the meat! Ribeye, primerib, brisket, chuck are all excellent choices from the forequarter! The robust rump/sirloin and t-bone surely good choices for the meat eaters and of course that beautiful tender piece – fillet! Topside and Silverside for biltong lovers as well as that stuffed Sunday roast!
